Lise is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Affinity Credit Union. Her diverse experience drove her to the CFO role in 2006. She's helped Affinity's balance sheet grow from $800 million to $6 billion through many credit union mergers and arrangements. In 2014, Lise was one of Saskatchewan’s Top 10 Women of Influence, and she's been on our Board ever since. Lise also generously serves the Board of the Saskatchewan Blue Cross, and Apex I and II, and was previously the Chair of the St. Paul’s Hospital Board.

Before David became an independent consultant, he served as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer for UNI financial Cooperation from 2009–2017. In 2016, David led the transition to the first federally regulated credit union under the Bank Act. He's full of strategic recommendations and advice for organizational operations and growth. David has served on numerous boards over the past 20 years and he is the Vice-Chair of Vestcor Inc. He understands the responsibility of overseeing financial management and has vast experience evaluating the impacts of regulatory changes.

He is the past Chair of the Partnership Board for PwC Canada and was the Managing Partner for the Southwest Ontario and Winnipeg offices. He has also served on the Boards of the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony Orchestra, Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre and the Associates of the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba.

She is Chief Talent Officer and Vice President of Communications at Crombie REIT. She oversees the human resources portfolio, as well as internal and external communications and marketing. Cheryl is the Vice-Chair for the Board of the Atlantic Provinces Economic Council, and serves as a Director on the Boards of Dalhousie University and the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Cheryl previously served as the Chair of the Board for the Pictou County YMCA and the John Howard Society of NS, and as a director for the Board of Aberdeen Health Foundation. She has also received the Queen’s Jubilee Medal for her commitment to public service.

Shawn has been the CEO of SaskCentral since 2021. He has 25 years' financial services and credit union experience, including initiating one of the largest merger and acquisition transactions in Canadian credit union history. Shawn holds an Executive MBA from Queen’s School of Business and an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors at the Rotman School of Business, and he has completed the Strategic Leadership program at the Banff Leadership Centre. Shawn serves on the boards of Everlink, Celero, and CUCC.

Michael is President and CEO of Atlantic Central. He's an experienced executive in the credit union system, who reports to the Board of Directors for Atlantic Central and League Savings and Mortgage Company. Michael takes responsibility for government and regulator relations as well as legislative, regulatory and policy compliance. He brings extensive experience with CUMIS Insurance, Credit Union Atlantic and Credit Union Central of Nova Scotia. In addition to sitting on our Board of Directors, Michael also sits on the board for Credit Union Central of Canada, and previously served on the Boards of the Canadian Credit Union Association, League Data, and Connecting People for Health Cooperative.

Throughout his career, Cary has obtained significant experience in strategy development, change management, innovation, succession and talent management, wealth planning and more.

Tim brings more than 25 years’ cross-industry experience to the Concentra Board. He holds an MBA from McMaster University and is working as an independent consultant. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer of Meridian, he was responsible for overseeing the financial strength of that credit union, including risk mitigation, financial performance, strategy and building strong relationships with Meridian’s key financial partners. Prior to joining Meridian, Tim worked as the Chief Financial Officer for several financial services and technology-related companies, including OANDA Corporation, Audatex Canada, Q9 Networks Inc. and First Asset Management Inc. Tim has also served on the Boards for Meridian OneCap Credit Corporation, Horizons for Youth, and Durham Children’s Aid Society.
